RETURN POLICY


Chase Visions Brand (Chasevisions.shop) has a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days starting from the date you receive your parcel to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be unworn or unused, include all tags, and be in its original packaging. You will also need the transaction receipt or another proof of purchase. We will process your exchange once the products have been returned to us. 

To start a return, you may contact us at customerservice@chasevisions.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make any necessary corrections.
